This stunning two story townhome is equipped with flat screen televisions, stainless steel appliances, a 6 seat golf cart, and bikes and beach chairs for the family. This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. With a king bed in the master, two full size beds in the secondary room, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, there is plenty of room to fit your whole group!

    When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, walk across the street to The Big Chill --which is the newest location for fun along 30A. We loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back. Perfect location in proximity to so much. We came in March when the weather can be hit or miss on how warm it is so we wanted to be close to things to do other than the beach and this definitely is. We spent most of our time at The Big Chill which was perfect for families (came with our toddlers). The golf cart was a nice touch and made it easy to get around. The only hiccups we had were the door code not working when we checked in but when I called management they answered right away (at 11pm) and quickly gave us a new code, and the Keurig stopped working but the next day someone dropped off a new one. Any questions I had the text responses were very prompt. Highly recommend for families!

We absolutely loved this place ! The decor, the beds were so comfortable, everything you could need to cook etc. The golf cart and bikes were the BEST! We hope to make this a family tradition.

Wonderful stay

The rental is very nice and was clean and we felt right at home. The community is so great for families with the option to walk across to the HUB and the bikes at the property are such a nice touch! The pool was crowded but great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

We always stay in this community and absolutely love it. The condo was really clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that it was pretty basic as far as having anything extra. There were no baggies, scissors, throw blankets, anything like that. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as tools you would need or pots/pans. The other ones we have stayed in had a few coffee pods to get you started before going to the store, some beach towels, a junk drawer with basic necessities, baggies etc. There was plenty of beach items in the garage which was nice. We loved the addition of the golf cart and 2 bikes.

Only “complaint” would be that I’ve never stayed at a property where there were zero pantry items upon arrival. Think aluminum foil, salt/pepper, etc. Definitely wasn’t ideal since we had to purchase it for a weeks use, but not the end of the world!

Great time with our family. Kids are 6 & 4 and really liked the property, mostly the golf cart Neighborhood seems to be mostly vacation rentals. Location is right in the middle of 30A, actual beach town is Watersound. Pool is not heated. They have a shuttle to the beach during peak season.

Great pool and location

We loved the pool and location. Being across from the Big Choll was great having a toddler and multiple food options. The main tv remote did not work and we were not initally provided the instructions for the gold cart key ( although was fixed with a quick phone call). There was an issue with these small bugs that were constantly arounx no matter how clean we kept it.
