The property features simple and practical furnishings throughout, creating a comfortable and functional atmosphere for groups and families alike.

On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, equipped with a digital television. This floor includes 3 bedrooms: each is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bathroom with bath and WC completes this floor. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors, meaning access between levels is via an external route.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available. 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower and WC serve this floor. The lower ground floor also provides direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, making it an ideal space for outdoor living and relaxation.
