Flats in Palos Verdes Peninsula

'Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!'

'It's just a short walk to alamitos Beach (3-5 minutes). The place has everything you need for a family like ours. Dorothy was very nice and willing to accommodate our needs which included early check in.'

'The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.'

'Property was well taken care of and very clean and host was easy to communicate with. Follow the instructions on parking and such that are provided, and it will be easy Peezy.'

'We enjoyed the updated fixtures and the layout of the place! Ari was also quick to answer any questions we had. We’d be happy to stay here again! '

'Parking was behind the property so it was secure. We were at DisneyLand for the majority of the days we were there so we did not use the kitchen except for keeping our traveling water bottles cold and making tea in the morning. Easy access to everything. Only 20 mins from the park and close to the airport. I will book again when I go back to the area. Communication was amazing!! Always felt safe while at the property.'

'The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place'
