The bright and airy kitchen provides excellent preparation space and a large sink, dishwasher, fully-stocked cabinets, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. Equipped with a gas range and all the appliances, it's ready to prepare your favorite meals or baked treats.

The separate kitchen has a convenient pass-through window to the dining room and bar height counter for hanging out. The dining room features an expandable, Haywood Wakefield table that can seat your entire group.

Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted for a restful night's sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The master and guest bedrooms showcase comfortable king-size beds, smart tvs, ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms, and direct access to the pool area.

Outside, you'll feel like you're staying in your own private resort in a completely walled, private rear yard with your own private pool, spa, and covered patio, plus lush green grass and beautiful landscaping. When you want to venture out a bit, simply drive one mile to Tahquitz Canyon and hike along the wonderful trails that overlook the city. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
