The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were clean. Having a washer and dryer was helpful with the amount of people that were staying. The only issue we had was the inability to access wifi for more than 1 device at a time. You would think with the fact that it is listed for 10 people to stay there would be more access to wifi.

Nice home but lusting stated 3full bathrooms with showers and there were only two. The dishwasher did not work the entire week even after a guy came to fix it. The outside balcony upstairs was very unstable and seems to bounce when you stepped on it. Definitely not enough large outside garbage cans for 7 to 9 people staying an entire week. Also, the hot tub has no handrails and it made it hard for a handicapped person to get in and out.

Boat enthusiasts

House was beautifully decorated, and had a nice open floorpan. Master bedroom bathroom is very spacious and great closet space. There is not a ceiling fan in the master, however there is a floor fan provided. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All the beds were very comfortable. There are lots of towels provided for the pool. The pictures show a boat lift, however it isn’t available for use. We were told to tie up on the dock. We were not comfortable with leaving our boat tied up. So, that was a little disappointing. Bing’s Landing’s boat ramp is approximately 15 minutes from the property. Thr driveway is a bit challenging for a truck and boat. Communication could have been a bit better. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful, when we walked in the house is beautiful. Clean. Very nice place to stay. It would be helpful to have paper work on how to use stove. It is an induction stove. Not one i am familiar with. It also would have been nice to have a map of area to see local spots for shopping , eating, etc. Beds were very comfortable, Only 2 dishwasher pods, would have been nice to have a couple more.. We loved it and would come again.

Made our winter bearable!!

We absolutely loved the house!! We immediately felt very comfortable and right at home. The decor was very pretty and had a floridian flair. The property manager was very responsive with any issues. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home

This property is very lovely. I’m a clean freak and the house was immaculate. The pool area is beautiful and there’s plenty of room to spread out. There’s a bathroom out by the pool which was very nice. It is very quiet and relaxing. It’s also close to shopping and such so its location was perfect for us. Alina was on hand to answer questions and was reachable very quickly. There was a couple of things that needed addressing and she took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation for the whole family

We were perfectly happy with our vacation in this beautiful house. The pool was our children's favorite. We could see fish jumping out of the water at the canal. Even a turtle was swimming in the water one morning. The house is big enough for everyone and very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is wonderful for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Pros/Cons

Pros: Great location; spacious and well-decorated home; easy check-in; nice dock and river access with kayaks; well-kept pool (but bear in mind the shape doesn’t allow for safe diving or jumping in for kiddos); and quick responses from property management. Cons: the copper pans in the home are brand new but are not compatible with the “smart” stovetop, making cooking challenging; the grill was rusted over; and two of the doors leading outside (one to the pool, the other to the upper deck) had broken knobs when we arrived. We asked for repairs to the door leading to the pool and someone was sent promptly to fix it; however, the “fix” left the door without a lock, which was a huge hazard for our curious 1 year old. Of note: There was an A/C outage for the first few days of our week-long stay. Property management did everything they could to remedy the situation but were ultimately unable to cool 2 out of 4 of the bedrooms using portable units. Half of our party chose to stay elsewhere during those first days because of the heat. When they asked for a partial refund at the end of our trip, property management said we should have reached out sooner and they would have either found us a new house or gotten a hotel. They offered a refund in credit, but only if we left a positive review. We made a mistake by not asking for different accommodations sooner, but we did not appreciate the bribe to leave a positive review.

Everything was perfect and looked exactly as pictured. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of town but a very close drive. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. All of our questions were answered very quickly. If I am ever in the area again I would consider staying here.

Girl’s Trip

This was perfect for our girl's get away. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes and roominess of the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. My only suggestion is to have something to help put and take out the kayaks/canoes into the water.

Short but sweet!

My family and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful and well kept home during spring break. Our host was kind and kept checking in with us. This home was everything we could have ask for and more. The pictures were an exact reflection of the home. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal all the way to the preserve nearby. Home away from home. It was simply beautiful! We have family in the Hammock, so we can’t wait to visit again.

Exactly as shown online. Property was beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. It was convenient to restaurants, stores, and most importantly, the beach! Brand new stove and cookware delivered at beginning of our stay which was a nice little bonus. Property management was prompt, personable, and helpful. Would stay here again and again!

Lovely Home!

We felt right at home in this beautiful VRBO. It’s comfortable and has everything we needed. It’s decorated beautifully. It would be nice to have been able to control the pool water temperature ourselves. We paid over $500 for a heated pool but because it was so cold outdoors, it was never warm enough.

Christmas stay

We were looking for a larger home for our family while visiting for Christmas and this home provided everything we were seeking. The layout of the home is very family friendly and comfortable, with room for everyone to spread out. The pool and dock areas are lovely, but sadly the weather did not provide many opportunities to enjoy them this time. Our grandchildren asked if we could rent the house again! We will be back!

Loved this house so much!

This house is so beautiful! It is clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. Our family loved the kayaks, bikes, and pool table. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra fee. Alina was super responsive and any issues were minor and tended to right away. Grateful for this getaway and would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay

We had a great time at this property. Nice neighborhood, super quiet at night, very safe feeling. Close to the things you need, but without a touristy feel. We enjoyed the updated decor, lots of room for people to relax, nap, play in the pool or read without interference, but also lots of room to gather as well. We had a bit of an issue with the pool lacking water and not heating properly, but communication with the property manager was quick and helpful and was fixed for when the weather turned really nice. Would definitely return to this property for a future vacation.

Great Vacation with the Family!

What an amazing vacation! My husband, 2 kids and I visited with my husband’s parents. My kids are 3 and 4 years old. Traveling is not easy with the kids, but the house was so comfortable for the entire family. Actual blackout curtains and kid friendly touches like a high chair are provided. My kids actually napped every day and the adults were left to relax and float around in the pool. So relaxing! I’d 100% recommend this property to anyone and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
