Whether relaxing by your private pool, enjoying ocean breezes from the balcony, or spending the day at the beach, this home delivers an elevated coastal experience.



A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Government issued ID and $650 security deposit hold required.



Early arrival or late departure may be available for an additional fee based on availability.



No parties or events.

Quiet hours are enforced.



HOUSE RULES

So everyone knows what to expect, these rules apply to every stay, whichever site you book on.

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy: 14 guests.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Rental agreement: a signed rental agreement is required for every booking, including bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or any other booking site. We send it to you after you book; please sign it within 48 hours.

- Photo ID: an upload of the primary renter's photo ID is required.

- Security deposit: processed by the host on the guest's credit card, or covered by an accidental damage waiver.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Pets: up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval, with a $75 pet fee per dog. No cats.
