Nature lovers will find plenty to explore nearby. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is known for its beautiful formal gardens, shaded walking and biking trails, and remarkable coquina-rock shoreline along the Atlantic.



Bing’s Landing, located along the Intracoastal Waterway, is another local favorite for fishing, boating, kayaking, picnics, wildlife watching, and waterfront views. The park is also home to the historic Mala Compra Plantation archaeological site.

Getting Around:

The beach is just a short walk from the home, so there’s no need to drive when you’re ready for a day by the Atlantic. Load up the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas and head to the shore.



Two bikes are also available for guests who would like to explore the surrounding coastal area.



A car is recommended for grocery shopping, dining, sightseeing and exploring everything Palm Coast and the surrounding area have to offer. The home is conveniently located near Scenic A1A, providing easy access to local beaches, parks and attractions.



Parking is available at the property, including covered carport parking.



For day trips, guests can easily explore historic St. Augustine to the north or head south toward Flagler Beach and the Daytona Beach area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT



After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement electronically through our property management system. The agreement must be completed and signed before check-in instructions and property access information can be provided.



PETS



Casa Blanca is pet-friendly. A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus applicable tax applies.



Please include your pets with your reservation when the booking platform provides that option. If a pet is added after booking, please contact us so we can update your reservation accordingly.



POOL HEATING



Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee:



• $50 per night for stays of 2–5 nights

• $287 for a one-week stay

• $200 per week for multi-week stays

• Applicable taxes are additional



Pool heat should be requested in advance so our team can arrange it before or during your stay.
