But the star of the housing was the landlords. They are so nice and warm people. They even offered us a tour in Palermo and they told us all about the city during. We were treated like family. 'Een fijne villa op een mooie locatie met een prachtig uitzicht! De weg was soms duidelijk te horen, maar dat is het enige nadeel wat we kunnen benoemen. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben hier erg genoten! Een aanrader!'

'Prachtige villa, groot zwembad en schitterend uitzicht. Wij hadden een fantastische tijd met het hele gezin, iedere dag een ander visje op de bbq, en samen de omgeving verkend inclusief het achterland van het wonderschone Sicilië. Blijf vooral niet op het strand van het drukke Cefalu, maar probeer de wilde stranden langs de schilderachtige kustweg richting Messina. Dank je wel, Marco en Sara voor de geweldige ontvangst.'

'The location and layout of this property worked perfectly for our family. Beautiful view especially at sunrise. Pool was very clean as was the house. The villa is very nice and spacious and Cristine was very quick to respond. Air conditioning worked perfectly in all rooms. Altavilla Milicia and the surrounding area is gorgeous and a good base to explore the coast of Sicily from Palermo to Cefalu as long as you have a rental car. 'the description and the pictures were very misleading, we got there after 3 hours drive from Catania, and we get to this guest house .. the location was very hard to find, and the place was too small we were 4 pople for 1 queen and 1 single bed no sleeping sofa, we coild not sleep at all, no sheets, very hot like sauna, I kept texting for wifi and emailed the host he did not get back with me, we had to leave the place and book a hotel near by, the host responded to me the next day in the...

'Lovely view from balcony, but... Internal areas need updating. No welcome package, no cooking materials such as oils, peppers, Beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and smelly. Yellow flames from cooker signify lack of maintenance - a safety issue.'
