'The property has a great view with the garden’ mountains and sea. Everything is very clean. Communication is perfect. Everything you need is in the house. Seats are great and numerous available. Windscreens can be closed to hide from the wind if necessary. Wifi works stable. Balestrate is a good starting place to visit the northwest of Sicily as the A29 autoroute is nearby. Palermo and Monreale is well known, Erice is great, the via del sale to Marsala is worth a visit. The panoramic viewpoint...

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Très accueillante et très bien accueilli, les photo ont une dizaine d'années, les installation ont changé plutôt positivement dans l'ensemble. Un chien est venu passé la plupart de ses soirées avec nous, nous en déplaise ! Très bon séjours dans l'ensemble qui nécessite un véhicule.'

The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden and Pool are great! The town of Capaci is also nice and it is easy to do trips from there. 'Oltre al titolo della villa fuorviante, perché non esiste nessuna piscina all'interno se non quella residenziale e a pagamento, la villa ci è stata fatta trovare in condizioni pessime. Sporco ovunque, padelle sporche d'olio, tende sporche, lenzuola e coprimaterassi ricoperti di polvere e macchie che preferisco non sapere cosa fossero. Il divano letto era in condizioni ancora peggiori. Al piano di sopra una puzza di chiuso pesantissima, ci sono voluti due giorni di finestre aperte per ricambiare...

'Wat een prachtig huis hebben Paul en David hier van gemaakt. Het weggetje naar het huis toe is een soort spannende attractie en eenmaal aangekomen is het uitzicht over het meer prachtig!! Het huis, de tuin, het zwembad alles is fijn hier op deze plek!'

'Wäre besser geputzt und das Schlafzimmer schöner wäre die Unterkunft top. Leider Ist der Schlafkomfort durch die Schlechte und durchgelegene Matratze und die unkomfortabelne Bettwäsche nur 3/10. 'Wir haben im Herbst 10 Tage hier verbracht. Das Haus ist vom Flughafen Palermo in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, man hört und sieht aber nichts vom Flughafen. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für alles rund um Palermo. Ein paar km entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht am Berg mit tollem freien Blicke aufs Meer. She gave us a tour of the house and offered to show us the neighbourhood (which is a gated residential community), and also offered to drive us to the local supermarket for our first shop.
