'Nice and quiet place'

'We stayed for 5 days in this luxury hotel. Beautiful pool, and that was the best of our stay. This place can be very nice but needs a lot of upgrading to be real 5*. The rooms are cheaply decorated with a luxury touch. If you pay 275 euro per room per night you would expect a luxury bathroom with a bath and rain shower. There was only a simple handshower which you can expect in a hostal. Also the toilettries, cheap ones and the carton boxes of toilettries were full of fungus inside. Although...

'We really loved the hotel! When we booked there weren't many reviews because it's so new (only 4 months open), but it's even better than it looks in the pictures on the website. The room is really really big with an amazing bed. The beach and pool are so beautiful. You can go snorkeling (it's free and there's a lot to see) or kayaking. 'Het was een adembenemend resort, prachtig een uitzicht, mooie kamers, een kleine gym waar je prima je workouts kon doen. Er zijn 2 restaurants op het resort helaas is de keuze erg beperkt en is de dagkaart een kaart dat ze de 5 dagen dat we daar waren ook aan hielden. Dat was het enige minpunt. Staff was super vriendelijk en je kon elke dag gratis verschillende excursies doen. Het hotel samen met de plek en de excursies was het echt het allermooiste plekje waar ik ooit ben geweest.'

'What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy. I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property. Thank you again to the entire team...

'Het is echt prachtig van buiten, maar helaas zeer slecht onderhouden van binnen. Zwembad is gevaarlijk, bestaat uit kleine steentjes die voor een deel gebroken zijn. De ligbankjes in het water zoals op de foto zijn weggehaald omdat het allemaal stuk is. De bovenste verdieping heeft prachtig uitzicht maar er zijn geen ligbankjes meer. Enkel een paar poefjes. Echt zonde van het mooie uitzicht. Dat is de enige reden waarvoor je dit hotel moet kiezen, dan kan je beter een dagkaart kopen. De...

'Plus punt was dat je gratis transport van 7.00 tot 19.00 uur kreeg naar het stadje. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk de rest scoort qua schoonmaak laag.'

'The view was amazing, the staff and owner was wonderfull. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is a bit outside the centre (otherwise you would not get the nice view), but still very easy to get there. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to El Nido. '
