Family house 5 minutes from the beach

The house is 120 square meters, plus a private garden. It is located in Prat Xirlo, a quiet residential area in Calella de Palafrugell, just a 7-minute walk from the beach. It’s a typical Mediterranean-style house that stays cool in the summer thanks to our garden, olive trees, and pine trees. The garden also features a relaxation area and a dining table. Please note: During your stay, we kindly ask our guests to water the plants and flowers once each morning or evening. The house has two floors. On the second floor, there are three private double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a tub and the other with a shower. The master bedroom also has a lovely terrace with beautiful views, perfect for sunbathing. The first floor consists of an open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. 5 GHz Wi-Fi is provided and includes streaming services (Netflix, HBO, and Prime).
