The sea is just a short and easy walk away – the nearest beach is only 200 metres from the villa, reached via a well-maintained access path. This combination of privacy, Mediterranean surroundings, sea views and proximity to the coast makes Villa Salis a wonderful choice for a relaxing holiday on the island of Pag.



Villa Salis is designed as a spacious single-storey villa, with all rooms conveniently arranged on one level. Offering 250 m² of living space, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room and comfort for families or groups of friends travelling together. The villa features four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and each has its own en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom features two single beds. Guests also have access to an additional fourth bathroom with an external entrance, as well as a separate WC.



At the heart of the interior is a beautifully designed and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, complemented by a spacious living room created for relaxing and spending time together. Large glass doors seamlessly connect the living area with the terrace, opening up views towards the villa’s outdoor spaces and the sea and creating a natural connection between the interior and its Mediterranean surroundings.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay, including in all bedrooms and the living room.



Villa Salis also offers a selection of amenities dedicated to relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can make use of a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, all within the privacy of the villa.

One of the highlights of Villa Salis is undoubtedly its large and spacious terrace, designed as the main outdoor living area for warm Mediterranean days and evenings. An outdoor dining table provides a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and relaxed gatherings in the open air.

At the centre of the terrace is a 32 m² heated swimming pool, surrounded by six sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. A jacuzzi is also located on the terrace, while the open sea views and the privacy surrounding the villa create an inviting atmosphere for spending the entire day outdoors.



For an additional touch of relaxation, guests also have access to a private sauna, ideal for peaceful moments of rest after a day spent by the sea or in the sun.



Villa Salis also provides private parking for at least four cars. For guests who would like to spend more time on the water and explore the nearby coastline, the owner also provides SUP boards.

* Pets are allowed upon prior request.

* Groups of guests under the age of 25 are not permitted at the property.

* A €500 security deposit is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
