We have enjoyed hundreds of visitors from over 39 countries over the last 10 years and we take pride in welcoming each guest to the Beach House. This is the largest Bay Area beach house directly on the Pacific Ocean. Anything larger would be considered a Hotel or Motel in San Francisco. We use Hotel professional cleaning crews including, disinfecting every new guest's check-in. We are a short 13 minutes from SFO airport and 7 minutes from San Francisco where you can enjoy City Life,
Near by offers: fishing, whale watching, hiking, biking, surfing, and a Golf course minutes away Grocery stores restaurants, sightseeing. Sharp park cliffs and trails are a short 5 minute walk from our location.
We have Two huge decks with two firepits front of pacifica ocean. The first floor deck around 800SF ( it not including house sq footage ). The second story decks are approx 400 sq feet with firepit. Two small private decks also have amazing views of the ocean.

This world-class location can host up to 27 people sleeping on real beds . Fast internet and reserved covered parking for up to eight vehicles on site.

We are Licensed and Registered as a short-term rental host with the City of Pacifica for several years in AAA good standing. Note * There are limitations on parking and noise in our small coastal community and we work hard to balance a guests experience and respect our wonderful beach community in Pacifica .

The house has a ton of beds and plenty of room for a large group. The host set up a large table upstairs so that all 20 of us could sit together. He even had a pack n play set up when we told him we would need one. He was very accommodating! There are plenty of dishes, towels, cookware and 3 refeigerators to cook meals here easily. There were TV's in almost every room. There was plenty of restaurants and little shops within walking distance. The area is very cute and we enjoyed gorgeous views of the ocean without having to step outside the house. The place was cleaned well. One thing that could be improved is the flooring and rugs could be updated. As it's a beach house, things tend to get "old" quicker from the salt air. So there were signs of wear and tear that could be updated especially for the cost of the rental. We expected it to be a little more "fancy". Overall, I would recommend this place!!

We had several issues during our stay that future guests should be aware of:•Misleading bed info: The listing suggests more flexibility, but there are really only two beds suitable for two people each.•Wifi: Couldn’t even hold a one-hour Zoom call, even with everyone else disconnecting.•Electrical outlets: The ones near the upstairs kitchen didn’t work.•Ventilation: The upstairs windows are nailed shut, making it very hot despite fans and sliding doors.Noise and neighbors:This property accommodates 25–30 people, but the neighbors are extremely sensitive and strongly opposed to short-term rentals. Even small conversations after 10pm can trigger complaints. On our first night, the police were called around midnight even though most people were already asleep and the house was quiet. The officers told us that any noise audible from outside could lead to a fine, which feels arbitrary and unfair for a house this size.Instead of helping us navigate this situation, the host only sent a short message saying we’d be evicted immediately if the police were called again. No chance to explain or defend ourselves. For large groups or professional programs, this is a serious risk—realistically, you can’t expect 25 people to avoid all use of common spaces after 9:30pm.Bathrooms:The listing needs clearer details. There are technically six bathrooms, but:•One is split (toilet in one room, shower in another).•Three of the remaining five are located inside bedrooms, le

Stayed 4 nights over Aug 23 weekend; family reunion of 7 gen 1 siblings / spouses (ages 65-70), 17 gen 2 children / spouses / others (ages 30-38), 4 gen 3 children (ages 4-7). House was fabulous; fit all 28 in existing beds (and we did not need to use the extra blow-up twin beds that Lance set up for us, or the couches. The kids loved the "Harry Potter bed in the alcove", and took turns sleeping on it). Beds were not quite exactly as listed on the website, but Lance clarified the setup for each of the 10 bedrooms via email. Kitchen(s) had more than enough pots and pans, dishes, cups, utensils, etc for all 28 of us (and Lance had the table set for us upon our arrival, with bottled water and snacks on the table too). Ample parking. There were a few supply issues and detail questions, and one of the several water heaters needed to be turned on the first day, but Lance responded to each query / email in timely manner and with quick resolution to the issue(s). Easy walking to eateries, coffee, minimart, and a quick 5 minute drive to big grocery store. Easy walking along the water and down to the pier to check out lots of pelicans and folks fishing for anchovies. Whale watching from the deck was amazing; we were out there seeing tons of whales without needing binoculars. All in all, we could not have asked for a better housing situation for our big group / multi-generational family gathering.

Had an absolutely WONDERFUL time in this rental! Plenty of space for our family reunion of 27 people! Our group ranged from 1 years of age to 80 years old. Loved the living room space with couches for several people, and little nooks by the window for reading or chatting with a few.Loved the double kitchens. Everything was provided -from cooking dishes to utensils, to plates, and cups. We didn't need to pack anything, which was really nice. Lance was very easy to work with - put out a high chair for us and a crib when he found out we were traveling with babies. We hiked the redwoods, went to the SF zoo, and went to a couple different beaches - plenty to do in the area!

Great Place for a Large Family Reunion!

The location is great! Good choices of shops, restaurants and foo within a short drive. Lance was very easy to communicate with and available when needed. He was able to accomodate our early check-in request. The views from the home are BEAUTIFUL! We used both upstairs and downstairs units to fit our family of 25 (max capacity is 30). Large capacity for your group's getaway. Clean and very welcoming (a note that the kitchen closets aren't organized, but you can still find what you need to cook on the closet racks). Plenty of beautiful kitchen space (multiple kitchens as shown in the description), choices of bedrooms and bed arrangements, family/living rooms for gathering together, lots of parking spaces (6 cars can fit) on property (not street parking). We fit our 4 SUVs just fine for this trip - with room to spare. Note, the description shows "hot tub". It is not an outdoor hot tub. One of the bathroom tubs have jets. The outdoor patios with their gas fire pits are excellent spots for those special memorable moments around the fire. Check-in and check-out is simple and straightforward. Overall, a great experience. We would totally stay here again. Thanks so much Lance for having us!

Women's Retreat

Exceeded all expectations!!! 29 women gathered for a long weekend at the ocean! The property was Fantastic... plenty of space for large group meetings. The decks with fire pits had beautiful views. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchens (Yes!! Multiple Kitchens) were well stocked - tons of serving trays and large cookware and 3 full sized frigs plus mini frigs as well. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a wonderful time!

Had an engagement retreat

We had such a blast celebrating our post proposal engagement party at the beach house. Our entire event was themed “R&B by the Sea” and the views were amazing. We had high tide during the visit which made for some beautiful sights. The place was equipped with anything you would ever need and so many rooms with bathrooms! Would recommend, and we might even come back!!

Disappointing

This house is not as advertised. There is no hot tub, the elevator is out of service, no AC, and an ant infestation. Overall the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was an entire hamburger under the sofa with a trail of ants. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards and dirty, used bedding left on the beds. The trash was overflowing. The floors were filthy and had not been cleaned. I alerted Lance upon arrival and he immediately refunded our cleaning fee which was appreciated. However, it was crushingly disappointing to stay in such a filthy and uncared for property. Do not recommend.

Wonderful Family Reunion by the Ocean

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home with breath-taking views. We enjoyed some lovely walks in the areas. There was ample space to gather, cook and to store food for all of our meals at "home." Two areas that weren't perfect... #1 cleanliness... there were ants in several of the rooms and bathrooms, from the time we arrived. Additional MANY pans we took out for cooking were dirty. #2 & most importantly, the description of the bedrooms in the listing didnt accurately match the beds available. This caused some issues with the room assignments we had planned. If this is importance for your planning, I'd recommend double checking the rooms with Lance. He is extremely responsive to all questions and a great host.
