Very comfortable and clean! Great location and had a great time. The only disruption was the construction going on early Monday morning but it was ok.

Wonderful loft! We loved the location - a quick walk anywhere in town plus we could see the ocean from the balcony. Very clean modern unit. We were impressed. There’s an elevator if needed.

The room was beautiful — super high ceilings, overall very clean, attractive and well-apppointed. Bed was comfy and even the pull-out couch bed was not uncomfortable!!There are a few reasons for only 4 stars. We received a notice that the room wouldn’t be available for check-in at 4pm because it needed extra cleaning. So we checked in about 5/5:30, and still found:- damp towels in the washing machine from the last guest.- coffee pot hadn’t been emptied/cleaned. The construction noise in the mornings also started early and was very loud. Obviously nothing can be done about that but it was disruptive to sleep. Aside from these small things it was a 5 star experience.

We thought the instructions to check in were vague about the location of the rental and never mentioned that the key code could not be entered unless we first warmed the keypad with the heat from our hand.we also thought the requirement to empty our garbage cans was strange for such an expensive property and with no no dumpster provided
