'The property is lovely. It is conveniently located to the University and lots of shops, but it is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. I went for a walk and saw several deer. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the coffee delivery in the morning. Highly recommend. '

'The property itself is great. Friendly staff, clean room, clean common areas and convenient parking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Everything empty (and not refilled in a timely manner) and an absolute mess. Trash overflowing, food all over the counters and floors, tables unclean, etc. We ended up finding a restaurant and paying for breakfast. This is unfortunate because the free breakfast was an amenity that we specifically looked for since we are traveling with kids. '

'If you are planning on traveling to Perryville Missouri, this is the place you need to stay. We have traveled here many times and used to stay at the super 8 before this place was built, but since then have always stayed at Holiday inn. All the employees from the front desk to the breakfast staff are super helpful and friendly. Everything is always super clean.
