« The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all. »

« Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! « The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. « Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all.
