Upon entering, you’ll find a dedicated office space. Just a few steps down, the heart of the villa opens up: a vast living area with a bright lounge, a large sofa, a dining corner, and a fully equipped kitchen.

From here, you can access the master suite, complete with a walk-in closet, a large bathroom (shower + separate toilet), and spectacular sea views directly from the bedroom. Next to it is the third bedroom, more compact but practical, with a closet and its own bathroom.

Upstairs, bedroom number 2 awaits, bright and comfortable, featuring its own bathroom, a TV, and again, stunning sea views.

Outside, a huge panoramic terrace invites you to relax with a lounge area, outdoor dining, and an infinity pool where the horizon blends sky and sea.

On the side, an independent annex completes the property, offering a living room with dining and kitchen area, and upstairs, a spacious suite with a large bathroom and breathtaking sea views.
