'Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not...
