'Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion).'

'This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed. '

The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). 'The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair...

'Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. '
