'Na een lange dag door de mooie Catlins gereden te hebben, was dit een fijne welkoms accomodatie, inclusief de mooie view over de zee!! Omdat we getipt waren door de eigenaar zijn we later ook nog naar de pinguïns gaan kijken!!'

'We had a wonderful time in a very complete cabin. We could cook because of a good d fridge and cooking tools. The owner reacted adequately when another guest tried to claim our cabin., very late in the evening. And we saw 4 sea lions on the beach. We can recommendate this accommodation. '

'Absolutely loved our stay at the Fern & Thistle Hotel in Balclutha! The historic charm of the house is beautifully preserved, with a stunning vintage garden full of old roses and unique plants. The amenities are outstanding—from the cozy dry sauna in a barrel cabin to the luxurious hot tubs (one in the room and a massive one in the garden). The countryside views add a peaceful touch, and the complimentary drinks and local beer were a generous bonus. Our room had a super king-size bed and Netflix...

'I was literlary on a flying visit through the area and needed a quiet, peaceful and clean place to stay. I was wowed by the cabin and licarion. Having the bsach access withing 2 mins was fantastic! It was just what i needed.'

'Work trip and great location to destination. Stayed for a few days and had to extend, enjoyed it so much that I decided to remain at the same location. Beautiful views and loved the working farm all around and the pretty lamas. Hosts are kind and friendly and great communication. The tiny homes are brand new and well insulated and has everything and more than needed. You'll enjoy your stay!'
