Coined by other visitors as an adult Disney Land, our short-term, fully furnished rental cabin in the White Mountains is a fantastic get away! It’s located in the quaint town of Heber-Overgaard on an acre of fenced land (about an hour from Payson, 40 min from Show Low, and 1.5 hours from Sunrise Ski Resort). Can decorate for Christmas/NewYears, if desired.

*Extra large detached garage converted to ‘The Clubhouse’ with electric fireplace, screen for projector (stored in laundry rm), basketball game, ping pong, corn hole, projector screen, darts, poker table and set, golf frisbees for nearby course at park, and drink fridge.
*Zip line on property (seat & safety harness included) - use at own risk (max 200 pound weight limit); it’s fast!
*Wifi is available and the 3 tv’s are smart equipped. Also have DVD players and huge range of DVDs to select from. Town also has a Redbox!
*No pets; 1-2 dogs may be negotiable at additional expense; large kennel available and do not allow upstairs as it’s carpeted
*Theres a fully equipped kitchen, including an air fryer, ice cream maker, crock pot, and popcorn maker - local markets & a few restaurants are close by if you’re not wanting to cook. We love the Red Onion burger joint and local Mexican Restaurant!
