'Een typisch Spaans oma huis met heel veel sfeer. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. Een fijn huis waar niet 1 lepel ligt maar alles in overvloed aanwezig is en goed verzorgd. Stilte, uitzicht op de groene heuvels en wijngaarden , zwembad strandjes en rivieren in de buurt. Ook de bescheiden, vaak afwezige, aardige en helpvolle buurvrouw maakt het tot een fijn verblijf.'
