'Wonderful location! The house is perfect for a family, group of friends, a few couples. Lots of space, everything you need, in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to the market for our food and easily walk downtown for our fun. Zero complaints. Thanks for hosting us …we want to come back asap.'

'Well located with 10 -15 minute walk to the hopping Latin Quarter and pub and groceries a few minutes walk away. Great parking options as we had 2 cars, laundry available and basic but functional kitchen. Basic amenities but great spot for our trip to Galway. Great communication from hosts and I would highly recommend.'

'We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh.'

Het uitzicht is geweldig en elke avond genieten terwijl genietend van een drankje. Prima uitvalsbasis voor dit gedeelte van Ierland, voor herhaling vatbaar. We komen graag nog eens terug'

'Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir das Haus zu erst ein wenig für uns erkunden, da Check In über die Schlüsselbox erfolgte. Was für uns unglaublich angenehm war. Jim, der „Verwalter“ vor Ort stellte sich später kurz vor. Sehr diskret, nicht aufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus begrüßte uns bereits wohlig warm vorgeheizt mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Vielen Dank hierfür :) Da wir über Weihnachten blieben, wurde sogar der Wohnbereich geschmückt. Das Haus ist einfach super ausgestattet,...

'We stayed for two nights and had a lovely, peaceful time. The food was delicious, prepared by Joyce, and we got a ton of advice and insight about the area and Ireland in general from Aidan. They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!'

Voor ons stadsmensen ook een leuke ervaring zijn alle dieren in de omgeving en het openen/ sluiten van de hekken om schapen binnen en/of buiten te houden. 'What an incredible and comfortable place. The views, property and region were stunning. Loved the cottage and its decor and the peaceful easy energy that surrounded us. We stayed eight days and enjoyed many day trips throughout the region. Plus several days simply being in the awe inspiring space watching the tides come in and flow out. 'Our family reunion of 6 stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 450 year old Tower. We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat.'
