« Good staff and clean »

« The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location »

« The staff was nice, they made us feel special the views was amazing .the food was excellent will definitely come back »

« Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...

« “I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊 »
