« Lovely spot in Dunedin. Lisa made us feel so special with lovely additions of bread and fresh flowers. Quite a delightful spot near all the prime locations in Dunedin and the place has wonderful views. We enjoyed playing records on the turntable and lounging in the lovely living room. Highly recommend this exquisite Edwardian grand home. »

« This is our second visit to this property. This is amazing place with the sea view dominates around say 200 degrees. It is definitely as described on the web site, totally relaxing and quiet, surrounded by great gardens and mature trees. « Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean. »

« This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more. »

"Enregistrement rapide avc 1 personnel agrĂ©able. HĂŽtel trĂšs trĂšs bien situĂ©, prĂšs de ttes commoditĂ©es = restos, snacks, malls. PS : il y a eu 1 mauvaise interprĂ©tation sur ExpĂ©dia de notre avis sommaire initial (nĂ©gatif pr 3 smileys) ALORS que ns avions trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© cette hĂŽtel. Juste qu'il manquait qques tiroirs de rangement pr nos vĂȘtements & accesoires en dehors du dressing. En conclusion : Avons passĂ© 1 trĂšs trĂšs bon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© la pluie. "
