The villa has a large private pool measuring 13 x 4 metres, all set within the beautiful Puglian countryside near Ostuni.

This modern villa was built approximately 4 years ago and offers a wonderful combination of contemporary living, comfort and tranquillity. With a large private 13 x 4 metre pool and enchanting views across the olive groves, the villa provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in Puglia. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and olive groves.

Internally, the villa is bright and spacious, with natural light flooding in through the large dual-aspect doors and windows. There is a beautiful open-plan dining area next to the kitchen, which leads directly out towards the pool area, where you will find an additional dining area and comfortable seating.

The very modern open-plan kitchen has everything you need for a perfect stay, while the adjoining lounge area provides the perfect place to relax and socialise with family and friends.

The villa has a minimalist, modern style and offers 3 great-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Pure luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4-ring electric hob, integrated dishwasher and a large fridge freezer, perfect for stocking up for those hot summer days. There is also an additional fridge freezer outside for keeping drinks cool while enjoying the wonderful patio and pergola area.

The villa has all the modern conveniences you would expect, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge area, internet access with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a PS4 with a selection of games.

For security and privacy, there are electric gates at the front of the property, with a long private driveway leading to the villa. The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall, creating a secure and peaceful environment.

The villa even has its own vegetable patch, where you can pick fresh produce during your stay — a lovely little taste of authentic Puglian living.

The laundry room is equipped with both a dryer and washing machine.

Outside, the villa has a beautiful large veranda overlooking the stunning olive groves and pool area, set beneath a beautiful pergola. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax in the shade during the day or enjoy an evening meal while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The large private pool is surrounded by beautiful natural Puglian stone and has 6 lovely sun loungers, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Puglian sunshine.

Leading out from the kitchen doors, there is a further dining area which leads onto a spacious patio area, perfect for evening dining and entertaining. There is also a table tennis table, BBQ area, additional seating and another fridge freezer for drinks and refreshments.

There is a further seating area overlooking the olive groves and pool, providing a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside views.

The surrounding private land consists mainly of mature olive trees, as well as beautiful almond trees, creating a very quiet and peaceful location in which to enjoy the wonderful Puglian sunshine.

Nearby, the villa is located approximately 10 km from the lovely beach towns of Santa Sabina and Torre Canne, where you can enjoy the beautiful Adriatic coastline and sandy beaches.

The beautiful town of Ostuni, famous for its whitewashed buildings and known as “The White City”, is only approximately 7 km away. Other wonderful nearby towns include Carovigno and Ceglie Messapica, making this an ideal location for sightseeing, exploring and experiencing the authentic charm of Puglia.

The nearest shops and everyday amenities are approximately 7 km away in Ostuni, where you will find everything you need during your stay.

Brindisi Airport is less than 25 minutes' drive away, making the villa very convenient to reach.

POOL INFORMATION
The pool is open from 1st May until the end of September.

The pool is a salt-water pool and is automatically pH treated, with additional anti-algae treatment to help maintain the water quality.

The pool is cleaned twice a week by the owners to ensure it is kept in excellent condition throughout the season.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
During periods of exceptionally hot weather, there can occasionally be brief electricity interruptions in the local area due to the exceptionally high demand for electricity, particularly from air conditioning. This is a widespread issue throughout the area and is outside of the owners' control.

On rare occasions, an interruption can last for up to approximately 2 hours. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, but unfortunately it is a regional issue rather than something specific to the villa.

Please note that the local water is soft water and, as a precaution, it is recommended that drinking water is boiled before consumption.
