Villa Lidira is a characteristic and welcoming cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lidira you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Lidira is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 15 km (9.3 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles) and the closest beach (Senigallia beach) at 16.5 km (roughly 10.3 miles).
You will reach Villa Lidira from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lidira you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the first patio going down approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with two wrought-iron benches. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 170 square meters (1830 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by pergolas and by awnings. It is equipped with armchairs and wood benches and with tables and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby villa.
Patio 2
The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two sun loungers and an hammock.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). You will also find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio and the garden through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedrooms.
Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa. The parking space is suitable for two cars.
