Prima luchthavenhotel voor een mooie prijs.
Prima nette kamer met badkamer. Dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ontbijtservice vanaf 04:00u. Zeer rijk ontbijt wat voor een ieder wel wat bied. De shuttleservice van en naar het vliegveld rijdt keurig op tijd.

zeer kort verblijf
Helaas was het te laat en reed de shuttle bus niet meer dus moeten we een duurdere taxi nemen vanaf het vliegveld. Verder was ons verblijf te kort om goed te beoordelen maar de check-in, het bed en de douche waren zeer goed.

This hotel provide excellent breakfast from 4 am! if your flight is early, do not worry! room is modern and comfortable. good interior taste for comfort inn type of hotel! only minus point is shuttle bus service is not complimentary.

Extremely friendly receptionist from US working at the front desk and serving drinks/snack meals at the same time. Always friendly and smiling. Staff was nice in general, but would recommend 1 more receptionist per shift as the staff there was covering a lot of tasks during my 2 stays. All of the windows are double and guarantee good sleep, big hotel so great variety over breakfast and shuttle bus takes 10min to the departing terminal, stars from the very first doorstep of the hotel. Small gym and nice sauna available and not busy.

Bus 44 is a 10 min ride to/from from the airport from 3am to 12am midnight hence very convenient door to door transport. The lady was there at the reception till 1am for a late check-in after I notified them in advance, Breakfast buffet was really good and lots of choices.

Clean smart hotel, friendly staff. Room compact but comfortable and quiet. Pleasant breakfast room and good options. Good WiFi. There was no hot water in my room, hence unable to shower. The hotel declined to offer me a partial refund, which disappointed me even though they admitted ‘this was not up to our usual standard’. There was also no black/breakfast tea at breakfast, only Earl Grey/green or fruit tea. No beverage facilities in room. I would use the hotel again.

Dårlig start på ferien
Ankom hotellet sammen med et vennepar. Forsøkte å sjekke inn selv, men nummeret på bestillingen fungerte ikke på maskinen. Fikk heller ikke søkt opp med navn. Litt kø, men fikk etterhvert hjelp. Hadde booket 2 dobbeltrom, men ble tilbudt et rom for 4 personer. Betjeningen nektet for at vi hadde bestilt 2 rom selv om jeg hadde utskrift av bestillingen. Fikk etterhvert to rom, men dette er flaut! En dårlig start på weekendturen til Riga.. Vi var sultne og etter å ha vært innom rommene(enkel, men grei standard) ville vi spise på hotellet. Reklamen på nett og på vegg fortalte om et lite utvalg av ok middagsretter til en grei pris. Dette gjaldt selvfølgelig ikke den uken vi var der, og vi ble henvist på holkeføre i regnvær over til nabohotellet hvis vi ville ha middag. Dette er for dårlig! Dekk til reklame og fjern informasjon om tilbudet ikke er tilgjengelig! Det skal vel sies at vi kom noe skjevt ut med betjeningen da de hadde rotet med rombestillingen, og det ble jo ikke akkurat topp stemning når de i tillegg ikke hadde servering som de reklamerte for, men dette hotellet vil jeg nok unngå i fremtiden…

Jag beklagar att det blev en del rot vid incheck och att du inte fick det du hade beställt. Tar vidare detta med ansvarig för avdelningen. Angående öppningstider för restaurangen så beklagar jag att rutinerna inte blev följt upp så som vi önskar då denna var stängd vid lågsäsong hos oss.Vi skulle absolut informerat detta på ett bättre sätt och tar med oss detta vidare i framtiden. The dinner menu options were very limited; the pizza choice was a fairly limp single choice option. I did not take well to being woken twice during the evening by loud voices in the corridor at 12:30 am and again at 2:30 am, accompanied by someone banging on a bedroom door. Would be helpful for guests actively to be reminded to be quiet after say 10:30 pm at night.
