The host, Noah, was very welcoming. He provided an excellent welcome packet in advance that provided information on how to enter the building & condo. He also provided great restaurant recommendations. He offered additional assistance with anything we might need during the week. He checked in on us several times just to be sure we were ok. The condo is just as pictured. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and quite comfortable. We had several cold beach days and it was pleasant to stay in the condo and look out at the ocean. The view of the beach is stunning from the condo. Morning coffee on the porch is a great beginning to the day. Beach access is so easy. In all, the Van Lee property is quite nice. I recommend this property and my husband and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect week at this beautiful beachfront condo. The building is quiet, and the condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibily need. We loved the stunning views and direct beach access. We enjoyed the quieter beach away from the crowds but still found the location an easy drive to lots to see and do.

Peaceful Stay

The property is absolutely beautiful! It’s quiet and spacious. Our family of 3 fit perfectly! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the balcony was comfortable. Access to the beach is secure and convenient, just a few steps and you’re at the ocean! The pool was spacious and there was ample parking. It was so cool, during our stay we were able the see a rocket launch from our balcony! Noah, the property owner was more than a great host! He checked in to make sure we checked in ok and were enjoying our stay. Access to the property was easy and we felt safe the entire time! Beautiful place, will plan another trip in the future!

PERFECT PROPERTY!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay here; it’s such a beautiful unit!! Everything was wonderful: the building, the view, the furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and closet space, all provisions, cleanliness, and host communication. The master bed mattress is beyond comparison! All issues we had were quickly and politely handled. It would be nice to see updated beach balcony furniture when we return, and we will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you for everything Noah!!

Perfect Accommodations

My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. The prior 3 days before arriving, we did 3 days at Universal Studios and wanted to find a place on the beach that was much slower paced that would allow us to unwind from the all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We couldn’t have picked a better place to do just that. The rental itself was as close to perfect as is gets. The owner (Noah) told me he had the interior completely remodeled. It was so tastefully done and was just so cozy and comfortable. We’ll be back for sure.

Excellent stay!

The moment we walked through the entirety of the condo, we knew we would want to come back. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is our usual stay, but we wanted to try something different this year for our family vacation. Ormond Beach has our hearts! The property was beyond clean. The ocean view was amazing. THE CLOSET SPACE FOR ALL YOUR BELONGINGS IS AMAZING! The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. The kitchen was fantastic for family meals. The living room perfect for relaxation after the beach. Oh, and let’s not forget the private washer and dryer. The location was well within 20 minutes (at the most) to all of the restaurants we wanted to try. Our host Noah was beyond attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Even letting us know about a space launch we could watch right from the balcony! But we chose to do so on the beach. Highly recommend. It was beyond cool for the entire group. I can’t say enough good things! 10/10 to everything!!! A truly comfortable home away from home feel. We will be back next year!

Florida Family Fun

Great accommodations to enjoy all that Ormond Beach has to offer. The beach is easily accessible and the condo is very clean and bright with all that one needs to enjoy both the pool and beach. Loved the balcony in the early morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea and at night, the sound of the surf to fall asleep to. Noah is an excellent, responsive host. Will definitely return!

Nice home base

My husband and our 21yo son travelled to Florida for a few days rest and a music festival in Daytona. The condo was easy to find and entry was simple. The cold AC was especially welcome in the record heat. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The washer dryer was a nice amenity for tidy up before the return home. The location was especially convenient, a Circle K wasn’t even a 5 min walk and a Publix grocery only half a mile. The beach was also clean, very quiet and had a family vibe. Overall a nice location, we would recommend and would return if in the area.
