Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa

"I stayed at Anthemus for one week with my son. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well designed bedroom and bathroom which were well looked after by housekeeping. The hotel beach is great and convenient with kids and the taverna serves good food and offers an nice atmosphere. The staff are pretty helpful. There is room for improvement in a few areas: the restaurant where breakfast is served is extremely noisy. Some work to improve the acoustics is needed. The quiet area is in only accessible with children older than 12 and the upstairs room is too hot… Guest services staff give good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit but it could be better organised by having a printed map of the peninsula, potentially even with places already mapped out in it to give an overall clearer picture with locations rather than a list of beaches, restaurants, etc on a small post-it note. I would highlight for any future French travellers that none of the mini club staff could speak French. Somewhat to be expected as visitors to this northern Greek region are mainly from Greece and neighbouring countries but not convenient!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ikos Olivia. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff are highly professional and attentive. The food quality and variety were excellent, with five à la carte restaurants offering great options. The two large pools are perfect for relaxing, and the beach is easily accessible. However, housekeeping did not meet expectations: the floors were often dirty, there were daily oversights such as missing towels, shower gel, toilet paper and toiletries, etc. Which is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel."

"Le séjour dans cette établissement été très agréable, personnels au petit soins, et très disponible. L'établissement offre un cadre très apaisant. Malgré les quelques travaux de rénovation qui sont en cours suite à une inondation, l'endroit reste très agréable et les propriétaires font leurs maximum pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous contons y retourner avec toute la famille."
