THE SPACE
Cool mid-century modern style. Spacious loft feel. You will love returning to this calm, open plan home after a long day at the theme parks or convention center! The unit is furnished and decorated with the highest quality pieces, sumptuous bedrooms and styling living areas. The open-plan, loft style living area has dark wood floors and porcelain tiles and includes a den with smart TV and sofa bed. New appliances in a full kitchen with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with guests perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is a lovely dining area for 8 (makes a great boardroom table!) and a luxurious family sitting area with a 60" Smart TV. This area leads to a furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings.

This super spacious home offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a King bed and plush mattress with top quality linens, a 55” Smart TV, walk in closet and a vast en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower, his and her double vanity and screened toilet. The guest wing offers a king bedroom plus a bedroom with 2 double beds, overhead fans and smart TVs. There is also a full family bathroom. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
