    Public transportation options are limited, though nearby Lynx bus routes connect to parts of Central Florida. Some areas may also offer bike rentals and walkable access to nearby shops or dining depending on your location.

We had a great stay. House was clean and set up great. I paid to have the pool heated which was easy and was perfect as we were able to use it comfortably the whole stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. Would recommend and stay again ourselves.

After an unnecessarily difficult process to pay for the place and secure it I sent them the list of everyone who would be staying. The other family beat us to the gate by 20 minutes and the “host” (upstay) failed to get them everyone, so they were not allowed through the gate until I had to call. I asked every single day for the hot tub to be heated and it wasn’t done once throughout our 10 days there. It was a constant round and round of asking, then apologizing, they never sent me a link to pay for the heating and trust me I tried to find it on my own but it’s impossible to figure that out without some kind of direct link. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, I really wish the owners could know how terrible upstay was at being the “host” or middle man, because I will never stay at another property managed by them again.

We were extremely disappointed in how the hot tub heat functioned. Our goal was to have a nice heated hot tub when we got home from the parks each night but unfortunately we would have had to have someone there keeping it turned on every 60 minutes for it to actually be heated. The community swimming pool was closed a few of the nights we were there and we wish we would’ve known to plan better around that so the kids could have enjoyed it. Outside of that, the home worked just fine for our group, no other issues arose, communication was great & smooth entry/exit process.
