The host is super-responsive and the check-in and check-out were easy with good instructions. The house is located in a fabulous location, with a Publix a block away, and various places to eat and get dessert within 3-4 blocks. It's one of the things we liked most about the home. However, the home is on a primary road with a lot of traffic noise. It's not noticeable in most of the bedrooms but it certainly is in the common areas / living room / kitchen. What appears to be the master bathroom - the one with the tremendous tub and dual vanities - isn't. It's attached to the dorm room in the back of the home with bunkbeds. This was a disappointment as we looked forward to the soaking tub.... The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, oversized mugs, glasses, and silverware; pots and pans are limited for serious cooking or baking. We had kids in our party, and I have to say the home is not kid friendly - glass tables with very sharp corners, and glass decorations or breakable decor on the kitchen table and in the living room. The common area is large with a tremendous kitchen island which came in handy, but the couches are small and there's only comfortable seating for 5-6 in the living room. We never used the game room - it also has to be accessed through a bedroom, so it's problematic when people are trying to sleep. If location is key to you, this is a great place. If you have kids, a lot of people, or want a quieter place to stay, if might not be.
