- Office hours: Open 24 hours.

- Wi-Fi: Complimentary in each unit and the clubhouse.

- Parking: $10 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Parking is complimentary for Club Owners.

- Parking restrictions: Commercial and oversized vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted.

- Deposit: A $100 pre-authorization on a major credit card is required at check-in.

- Nearest airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 16 miles away.

- Day use: Club Owners not staying at the resort must call ahead to confirm availability. Priority is given to resort occupants, and the account must be in good standing. Blackout dates include all holidays and Spring Break.

- Towel policy: Towel usage is monitored, and fees may apply for towels that are not returned.

- Construction notice: Building 7 is scheduled for exterior renovations through November 2026. Work is planned Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and may cause increased noise or guest impacts.

House Rules / Policies

- Minimum check-in age: 21.

- No pets are permitted.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A $300 fine applies if smoking occurs indoors.

- Hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, and bicycles are not permitted on the property.

- Florida law restricts drone photography or recording of privately owned property and its occupants where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy without consent.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
