Stunning, Newly Renovated Condo, Near Disney and Universal
Situated close to Davenport in the tranquil gated community of Terrace Ridge and set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions, theme parks, championship golf courses and amazing shopping. Also, our rates are all inclusive of utilities, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities.
Our condo is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom unit. The unit has been completely renovated (Nov 2016). What you can expect at our unit:
• Well Equipped Kitchen with Brand New Utensils and Appliances
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• 3 Brand new TV's. Living room 55 inch TV and 2, 43 inch TV'S in the bedrooms, DVD players
• Brand New Dining room with family table, seating 6
• Complimentary High speed wi-fi internet access
• Master Suite with king-size bed, and Brand New Sealy Mattress walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks
• Guest Bedroom comes with Brand New Beds and Mattresses
• Family Bathroom with oval tub, over-head shower & dual sinks
• Enjoy the afternoon sunshine on our balcony and new patio furniture
• All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge.
At the 4,000 square foot clubhouse at Terrace Ridge, you can choose to bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool or relax under a shaded lanai in the bubbling spa pool. The kids can enjoy themselves on the interactive water park on-site, or in the games room at the clubhouse, or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fully equipped fitness center or on the sand volleyball court. If that’s too much work – then why not relax in the lounge, and meet other guests?

The condo was as presented. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio each morning. We did have a bit of delay being able to check in due to housekeeping finishing up in the condo. The floors were still wet and the whole condo smelled of strong bleach. The smell dissipated, but were able to smell it our whole stay. Overall, it served our needs.

We had an amazing stay and truly loved this place. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described — two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, two showers plus a bathtub with a shower head, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with TVs and a cozy dining area. The balcony was a great touch, and we made so many memories here that we’ll never forget.We booked from January 4th to January 10th and ended up leaving on the 9th after thoroughly cleaning the place. An honest mistake happened when my brother-in-law accidentally left his and my partner’s passports under a mattress. He didn’t realize until the morning of the 12th, right before they had to leave. The owners and property manager were incredibly kind and helpful — they quickly helped us get in contact, acted as a middleman with the tenant, and we were able to retrieve the passports later that evening. We are extremely grateful for how understanding and accommodating everyone was during what could have been a very stressful situation.Overall, the owners were very kind, helpful, and responsive, and the stay itself was wonderful. We absolutely plan on booking again soon. Thank you so much for having us!

It was very clean, spacious, and close to many restaurants and stores as well as the parks. The hosts had excellent communication and the entire process was seamless. Will definitely recommend to any and all friends and family staying in the location!

Terrible experience. I was unable to get into the gate. The code I was given to enter did not work. I contacted the manager. He tried to help, but was unable to contact the host for a resolution. I was told to wait until someone was entering the gate and follow them in. That worked when someone was coming in at the same time, but there were times I was sitting outside the gate waiting for someone to come by so I could enter. It was very frustrating and took up a ton of time. It also made me feel like a creeper just sitting there waiting and watching for someone to enter the community. The floors of the rental were very dirty and felt gritty. The showers had leftover hair in both of them. I would not stay here again.

Family Disney trip
Location and property were perfect for our quick trip to Disney. Less than 30 min to the parks. Area very safe with lots of options for meals and grocery. Property was clean. Guests should note to bring extra towels for the pool.

Good location to Disney
Overall, place was well appointed with dishes and cooking utensils, washer/dryer, tv’s ect. Against the traffic when travelling to Disney which was great as all other routes were backed up. Good size condo. Complex was nice with amenities such as pool, work out centre and hot tub although we did not have time to enjoy them. Mark was very responsive. I would book again.
