Disappointed

We were rebooked to an alternate property due to some maintenance issue. The alternate propertys logistics made the trip to Disney, Legoland and other activities more difficult with a large group. In addition the alternate properties dishwasher didn't work so we spent time washing dishes for 12 people. Less than ideal time in the car and washing dishes on you vacation.

Not happy

Dryer was not working someone should up the day before we left spa didn’t work called too times pans were dirty I scrubbed two so I could use them one of the bads no sheets or blanket no knives to cure stale had three large ones dishwasher has mold growing in it it was my grandson’s birthday I want to make a cake no measure spoons or cups no mixing bowls

Disney Trip

Overall a very nice VRBO. Location, pool, resort were all great. In my opinion the carpeting needs to be removed, some paint refreshed, and a little TLC to the game room. The kitchen was perfect for making meals for our group of 14. The highlights for our kids were the theater room and pool. We made a lot of great memories here and would recommend it.

Great family vacation

The property was just as wonderful as described! Water park on site was great for all ages. The location was central for all Disney parks. The house was a great fit for large families. We had 16 and had plenty of room. The whole vacation was amazing!

Maintenance much needed! Need updates!

The property location was great, check in went good, safety of property is good. The house itself was a total let down because of some maintenance issues. The door to the pool was broke, the alarm for the pool needs repair (it went off in the middle of the night and was very scary), toilets need fixing (they run every 15 minutes and are loud), the rug in the living room is in need of replacement. The other cleanliness was good. I would not stay in these homes again if this is the type of maintenance that is done. It was obvious that the door was broke when we got there. It was a big problem with small children and keeping them from getting hurt on the door.

Family of 16

The property was just as expected, the only thing our whole group of 16 didnt like was the coffee maker. I dont drink coffee so I have no complaints. Wonderful place to stay and location is perfection.

Thanks for the Memories

Overall, this was just the right house for our family of 16 to make lots of great memories. The location was perfect for those in the group who wanted to take advantage of the theme parks, but close enough for the littles to come home when they had had too much fun! The only recommendations I would give are related to the kitchen area and back door. The kitchen needed to have at least a couple of large pots and pans to cook things like spaghetti or soups for a large crowd. I would take my own next time. In addition, with the very frequent trips in and out to the lovely pool, the doors need to glide and close much more easily. The door would bounce back open after closing and the alarm would go off even when people really tried to shut the door. I would highly recommend this property and the resort as a whole.

Home was everything it was written up to be.

There were three families, 5 kids ages 3 to 10 plus adults. There was more thank enough room for all of us inside and out. Neighborhood is very nice and location to Encore is excellent. We went to the parks each day, super easy drive. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans. We were there for a week. We cooked most of our meals at home, if you don’t plan to do that you may not need additional items in kitchen. We bought paper supplies, toilet paper, paper hand towels, napkins, salt and paper, Tupperware, foil, seranwrap.

Very Nice for Large Group

Here are the positives: (1) Large house with large bedrooms. (2) Lots of bathrooms. (3) Large eating area. (4) Small but very nice pool and hot tub. (5) Well-built home that allowed for quiet environment even with small children. (6) Fantastic free access to resort swim park within easy walking distance. Only one negative: (1) Some of the carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Perfect Disney World Rental!

This is at most with traffic 15-20 mins (not using toll roads) from each Disney park. I was worried it would be too far, but it was perfect. We drove through the town and could grab forgotten items, like sunscreen for much cheaper than at the parks. We also have smaller children, so having a pool was exciting, but slightly scary. They have an amazingly safe pool warning system!!! And a fence between the patio space and the actual pool. It was very safe for little kids. The hot tub was wonderful after walking 10 miles a day in the parks. Inside the house, there is a bathroom either to itself or shared Jack and Jill between the bedrooms. There is a kid tub upstairs and a tub in the master bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen has everything you would need to make meals. It has glasses and standard plates for adults and plastic cups & plates for kids. The playroom upstairs with the movie theater room was so much fun and the kids loved watching movies on the giant TV and relaxing after a long day. It has a very nice washer & dryer that we’re very easy to use. Pool towels are also up on those shelves. This is a great house to rent and we will definitely be using this group again for our next Disney trip!!! And the themed rooms for the kids made it so much more magical!!

Wonderful family vacation home

This property is not only exactly as listed, it's better than. The house is beautiful and clean, spacious and well supplied. The house is around 4600 sqft so even though we were a houseful we weren't on top of each other. There is an alarm system on all of the doors that exit to the pool area which was a nice touch with a toddler among our group. We had groceries delivered from the local Publix (no fee if over $35) and shopped for Disney gifts at the Walmart within a couple of miles of the house. We used both the house pool as well as the water park at the heart of the property. Both were lovely. You do have to register at the clubhouse to receive passes that allow you access at gates but the process was minimal and the staff was very welcoming. If there was any drawback, it was that the spa is not heated unless an additional fee is paid. This wasn't discussed anywhere beforehand and although the spa is not advertised as heated it is advertised as a pool and spa ... This was a kick in the gut after the money we spent on the rental of the house but some things you have to decide not to allow to steal your joy, am I right?! Overall, we were extremely pleased with the property and our experience and will be back!

Awesome stay

We have stayed in many years of Florida’s vacation homes, but this one was by far the best. Our kids enjoyed everything (the pool of course was number one). I will most definitely be back on our next Florida trip next year.
