It comprises:

Two living areas - The villa has two large, comfortable living areas. One living area is located in the light and bright front part of the home for quieter enjoyment. Perfect to relax in with a book. The 2nd living area is set a the back of the home with large patio doors rolling you out on to the private pool and deck. The rear living room has a large, comfortable section sofa with 2 chaise’s, a great place to put your feet up after the long hours at the parks! Where you can also enjoy the large 65 inch smart TV.

Fantastic open plan kitchen - A beautifully upgraded kitchen with sparkle quartz worktops including a huge 7ft island ideal to sit and have your morning coffee at. You will also have the enjoyment of all small appliances such electric kettle, filtered coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Appliances all upgraded to stainless steel. The kitchen and rear living room are open plan, perfect for watching of the family whilst preparing meals. You can also enjoy views of your private pool and looking a little further, the beautifully manicured rolling fairways of the golf course.

Formal Dining Room - The 120 inch, solid white wood dining table, with 8 beautiful upholstered chairs, perfect for those more formal celebrations or just because you can! A large space for the whole family to enjoy sitting around, situated in the front of the home, but still close to the kitchen for the ease of serving food.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom ( located upstairs) - An oversized master suite with a king sized bed and large en-suite bathroom. With an upholstered platform king size bed, 55 inch wall mounted smart TV, additional seating, nightstands, dresser with vanity mirror . You will feel like you are in a Disney princess bedroom! The master bathroom boasts a large garden corner tub with 2 separate vanity sinks, large walk in shower and separate WC. Plenty of storage space with a walk in closet and shelf closet. The master bedroom features a double size window that over looks the private pool and spa, plus the golf fairways.

Queen bedroom 1 ( located on lower floor) - Privately situated on one side of the villa and ideal for guests with limited mobility, with a luxurious queen sized bed. You can close the door to the hall way, making this a 2nd master bedroom with bathroom. Otherwise, you can keep this as the guest bathroom if needed for your guests. This bedroom has features a wall mounted 55 inch smart TV, along with nightstands and dresser. Guests can also enjoy views of the pool deck and fairways from this bedroom.

Queen bedroom 2 ( located upstairs) - A comfortable bedroom with queen size bed, chest of draws, nightstands, walk in closet and 32 inch TV. Guests will be able to enjoy this bedroom as an additional master as it does have a connecting ensuite with tub/shower combo.

Minion Twin Bedroom - Luxurious velvet upholstered twin beds themed to match our mischievous minions. Tastefully decorated for children or young adults to enjoy. Plenty of closet space, nightstand plus dresser with a 32 inch wall mounted TV.

Mickey Mouse Twin Bedroom - Another luxurious velvet upholstered twin beds themed to match our most famous Disney character, Mickey Mouse. Delicately themed for our young guests to enjoy the real magic of Walt Disney and his imagination. Our youngers guests will enjoy plenty of closet space, nightstand, dresser with 32 inch wall mounted TV.

Landing Bathroom -This home has a bathroom located on the landing open designed for our twin bedroom guests to share. With bright coloured towels and shower curtain, this will be a fun place for getting ready with a shower/ tub combo with vanity unit.

Landing space - A fantastic space for the kids to relax, Star Wars themed, relaxing chairs with a 55 inch wall mounted smart TV.

Gamesroom - The garage has been fully converted into a purposely built games room with carpeting and built in garage door. This upgrades really make this space feel like an extra room to enjoy and not just a garage. The gamesroom includes a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table, Pacman arcade machine, large flat screen TV and bar style seating. You can marvel in the fun of the Captain America themed gamesroom, the kids will spend hours in this room! We designed it just for them! Well ... maybe our adult guests too!

The property is air conditioned throughout and fully equipped to a high standard to meet all your vacation needs.

Pool and spa area - The villa has a large pool with a south / west aspect meaning you get hours of sunshine daily. It has the added bonus of a spa and is a fantastic outside space to spend time relaxing on the days when you are not out and about at the parks or the many other attractions. The rear of the villa looks directly out onto a fairway meaning it has a simply spectacular view and it not directly overlooked, also having privacy to both sides. There is a large dining table and chairs, ideal for alfresco eating and well as a number of pool loungers to relax and soak up the sun. The loungers have upgraded cushions, so you can really get comfortable whilst soaking up the rays. The pool and spa can be heated (optional extra) so the water will be lovely and warm during the winter months. Pool towels are provided.

All TV's have spectrum cable with both full sports and entertainment channels included.
