Love it!

The property was beautiful, and clean. More than enough space for our family. Lots of entertainment for all age ranges. Only thing we wish we got was the heat for the pool and hot tub. Didnt realize that was not included until we tried to get in! Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Fun with family & friends

Property was perfect for our party - 3 families. Enough bathrooms & didn’t even use a couple of the bedrooms. Enjoyed the resort amenities for an entire day of our mini trip.

First Family Vacation

Overall the house was lovely and able to accommodate our family of 18 we had for this 1st family trip. We had a good time and the property managers were very responsive with anything we needed. We had enough towels and space for everyone and our family got to bond in the same space after a really difficult year. There were some touch ups needed for the walls for markings and a few of the chairs needed tighten. The dishwasher was not pinned down so it shifted when loading and cycling. They were made aware and stated that things will be addressed. Thank you for allowing us to share this time in your home.

Beautiful & Spacious

Very spacious I really enjoyed the setting and the community that the house was in we had a wonderful time The only problem we had was the people who checked out before us had a late checkout so we weren't able to check in at 4:00 there were a few things that was torn and scratched but overall we had a beautiful time it was very amazing and we spent time at the resort playing some volleyball and the kids enjoyed the water slides and the kids splash pad. My family thought the pool at the house could have been a little bit warmer but the time that the kids spent in it they were fine they enjoyed it. The game room was amazing the kids really enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey and my daughter connected her apple music to the TV on the wall and they sing sing throughout the night it was great and I would stay there at that property again.

Great home, good experience, EXCELLENT management company

My new fiancé and my family was in town for a surprise proposal conducted at the home. My experience was overall good but want to pass along things people should or may want to know. Big thing is beware cellular service is totally limited in this entire housing complex of Storey Lakes because of the newest of the homes and more than likely towers haven't been added to the area yet. So WIFI is extremely important to have. Our WIFI was not working in the home when we arrived and part of the proposal WIFI was needed so it was imperative that it got working before the proposal. We called Casiola (Management Company) and they sent someone out attempt to fix the WIFI twice but they couldn't fix it. The house was beautiful, clean, well supplied in the kitchen and well thought out as far as amenities. Please know if you have a large group going to the store to get more toiletries because they house is stocked minimally with those necessities as you would expect. The location of the community which was all vacation rentals was in the heart of Kissimmee and well placed to stores and restaurants. The community is gated and friendly gate access and good parking. Because everyone is on vacation in the community people are out and enjoying the pool and themselves at all times, but the noise level was acceptable and minimal and couldn't really be heard from inside the home. Back to the WIFI issue. So after explained to the management rep the necessity of the WIFI they went over and beyond to make my stay and proposal a success. They offered to move me to a different comparable home in the same neighbor 2 blocks away (30 sec drive) to resolve the internet problem because the cable company was needed to come out and could not in time for the proposal. We accepted and the second home was to the high standards of the first home so no complainants. Then about 1-1.5 hours before the proposal the entire area lost power for some unknown reason and comed was immediately on location to give us an ETA as they went door to door to let us know they were working on it. Now that was out of the control of the management and not a reflection of the property as it was outages across Kissimmee. With all that said, Casiola assigned a manager to our situations and she (Nicole) did an excellent job and went over and beyond our expectations to make the stay right and to fix things for us. I most definitely will stay here again, same homes same management company everything was great!

Great House and Location

The house and the location was amazing! It was convenient to everything that we could ever want or need and it was spacious enough for kids and children. There were 28 of us, so imagine that (lol). We will be renting again for our next Orlando outing.

Family Vacation in Kissimmee

Overall the vacation was a 3 of a 5. There was trash on the lawn. There was marks on. The walls had marks and appliances had broken doors. To speak with a manager it takes anywhere from two hours to 24 hours. When you talk with the agent they say agent will be out today but they did not come out.

It was okay..

The neighbor was TERRIBLE. The house was cleanish but it could have been better. Management was a mess.. We got there on Friday and the pool was suppose to be heated. We called 2 times on Friday and 5 times Saturday. They said they will send someone out immediately and gave us the address for the “corporate office.” We drove to said off on Sunday and it was the address of another rental property, in which the renter told us was infested with bugs and roaches. After further research, we found the right address and paid the office a visit. They refunded us our money for the heated pool. When we got back to the house, someone was there turning on the heat for the pool. Other than that, we had a great time hanging out with friends from around the US.
