Pool Heating (Optional)

Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Thursday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during cleaning
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill Notice

• Grill rentals are available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage

Parking Notice (Strict)
• Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway
• No street parking allowed
• No additional guest parking available
• Do not block sidewalk or grass
• Vehicles may be towed at guest expense
