Reunion Elegance is a 5 bed 5 bath villa with elegant furniture package, open floor plan with kitchen, living, and dining area. On the first floor, you will find the games room which features a multi-arcade system, game consoles and more. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and ensuite bathroom. The open floor plan lets you enjoy all the family all in one. Whether it's preparing a meal for all or just even hanging out in the living area, the family will have a blast. As you make your way to the patio area, the private pool area has views of the conservation. The outdoor table seats 6 with a summer kitchen. At the end of the day, the self-closing child safety fence puts your mind at ease for closing access to the pool for the little ones.

As you make your way up to the second floor, there is more fun. The loft area has a 60-inch LED TV, an Xbox 360, pool table and seating for all. The master suite features a king-sized bed, 50-inch TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to private patio balcony. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, 40-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom. The kid's bedroom has two twin/twin bunk bed with a 32-inch TV and ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with an ensuite bathroom, 50-inch TV, and access to private balcony.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
