This bright and airy home offers space and tranquillity with its own private south facing pool and spectacular waterfront view. This is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The modern decorated living space offers comfortable seating and a space where all the family can relax and hang out. There is direct access to the pool and deck from this space. The open plan space gives access to all areas.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. The dining space is just off the kitchen with views over the pool and deck. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar.

Outside you have your own private screened south facing pool. You can relax in and around the pool. Plenty of seating and loungers are provided. There is also a shaded space for al fresco dining.

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage & TV’s. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The third family bathroom is located just off the living area and would serve bedrooms 3 and 4.

There is an additional travel bed that can be put in any room and a pack-n-play crib playpen.

There is also a laundry area.

NO SMOKING within the villa.

Pets allowed but must be approved first - Service pets welcome. There
is an extra cleaning fee of $100 for the required anti-allergy spray for
the next guests that may have allergies.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Located just minutes from the magic of Disney World. You also have easy access to major highways that all the areas major attractions .... Universal, Sea World and International Drive restaurants and night life.

There is a choice of grocery stores nearby such as Walmart, Publix and SuperTarget. There are also drug stores, small convenience stores, Wawa, sub shops...it's all there.

Margaritaville: It is a vacation resort and hotel nearby which is also open for non-residents to use. There are sidewalk cafes & restaurants. The resort also boasts its own water park which is also open to non-residents for a lot less than the major water parks in Orlando. Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.





Nearby there is an abundance of restaurants from fast food chains to major restaurant chains such as Denny's, Miller's Ale House, Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Bahama Breeze and Buffalo Wild Wings just to name a few.
