This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath villa is just minutes from the magic — located only two exits from Disney World. It features two large master suites (one upstairs and one downstairs), a completely renovated private pool and spa (redone in August 2025) with peaceful conservation views, and complimentary pool heat for your comfort year-round.

Enjoy 1 GB fiber high-speed internet, a fun Star Wars–themed game room, and beautifully themed bedrooms that bring the Disney magic right to your stay.

Our fully equipped and family-friendly home has everything you need to relax and make memories:

You’ll find two identical master suites—one upstairs and one downstairs—each with an en-suite bath, garden tub, shower, and HDTV.
The Frozen-themed queen bedroom on the ground floor has its own private entrance to a shared bathroom.

Upstairs, the kids (and kids at heart) will love the Star Wars and Lion King twin bedrooms, each designed to spark imagination and fun.

A queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the family room allows the villa to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

Step outside to your newly resurfaced pool and spa (August 2025) and enjoy the peaceful conservation view. The covered lanai includes a dining table for six and comfortable lounge chairs — perfect for morning coffee, poolside lunches, or relaxing evenings under the Florida sun.

Please note: Pool heat is always complimentary. However, during cooler months, especially when outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, pool heaters may not operate as efficiently or may be unable to maintain higher temperatures. This is standard for electric pool heaters throughout Central Florida.
