This house was filthy! Upon arriving we found mold on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. I informed the owners, purchased a new liner to replace the old, did not hear anything from them. Pros were location and size. Cons were many. The kitchen had dishes that were chipped, pots and pans I would have thrown out long ago. The appliances worked fine. The pool was nice, paid for it to be warmed which it was. The window sills, the sill at the sliding door weren’t clean. The walls needed painting, dust on the pictures. The base boards were dirty and looked like there was blood on one in the bathroom. Purchased the gas to use the grill. Had problems getting it started. it was very dirty as well. Ended up asking to be refunded which the owners acted immediately to refund. Two of the toilets had issues, one the chain was broken, the other kept sticking when you pushed the handle down, We paid for a clean house and it was not.
