The House: Park your vehicles safely in front of the house inside the gated community. Keypad on the right side before the Main Gate will grant you access inside the community. Keypad on the front door of the house will grant you access inside. ***Both codes will be provided 48 hours before your arrival.

The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining set with complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, creamer, and sweeteners. From the kitchen area, walk into the spacious living area, with a 65" Smart TV with Roku for all your streaming apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy. Behind the living room we have a dining table that accommodates up to 10 people. On the main floor you can also find a half bath and entrance to the outdoor patio.

The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a smart TV with Roku, a king bed (Casper), waterfront balcony, full length mirror, desk working station, and bathroom en suite with walk-in shower and a closet. Second floor also has a room featuring 4 full sized beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV with Roku, black-out curtains, plush linens to ensure a good night's rest. You will also find a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outside, the fun continues with a hot tub, couch, fire pit table, stainless steel 3-burner gas grill, outdoor games, and ambient lighting-perfect for creating fun memories.
