Family fun in Florida
This spacious townhouse in secure gated community with themed bedrooms worked well for our family of 5. Benefits include: amenities, AC, numerous TVs and restrooms, washer and dryer, dish washer, plates/silverware/cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, free parking in front of townhouse, private pool, and access to clubhouse with free video game arcade, lazy river (bring your own floatie/pool noodle and towels or purchase there), pool, hot tub, and basketball court. Some pool noodles/floaties are at the townhouse. We wish there were more specific directions for checking in at the security gate and for the garbage/recycling (put in a bench for pick up); however, the host readily responded when asked questions. We anticipated a 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks/Universal Studios; however, due to varying traffic conditions this was sometimes 45 minutes or more. Grocery stores/gas stations were a short drive away. We could hear loud music/partying one night of our stay; otherwise, the site was quiet. We noticed some carpet stains, stain on couch, missing vertical blinds, marks on walls, and a bathroom door that didn't close. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay!
