Upstairs, the loft provides a second gathering space with foosball, a 60” wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the rooftop balcony. This elevated outdoor space is a standout feature, complete with a dining table for eight and lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening meals under the Florida sky.
