Your home is surrounded by wetlands and natural conservation areas, which makes it one of the most beautiful and tranquil settings you will find in Central Florida.
The living room is open-plan with a relaxing seating area to watch the flat screen TV, a family room to kick back and relax in, and an area for dining.
There is also a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. So whether you are planning a snack to eat at the casual dining area in the kitchen or a full family meal to eat in the formal dining room you will find everything you need at your fingertips.
1st Floor:
The Primary Bedroom features a King bed with flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom 2 features a second Kind bed with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom.

Great location, responsive property management, would recommend!

We were a group of 6 adults, and really enjoyed our stay here. The property is a good size, we all felt we had our own space and weren’t all crammed in on top of each other. The location is very quiet, yet convenient for local restaurants, bars and shops, with many different routes one can take to and from the local amenities. The freezer didn’t seem cold enough - the property management team had someone come out to look at it the same day we flagged the issue, although our ice cream still remained soft. We didn’t like that none of the bedrooms have overhead lights - you need to enter the dark room at night, then find and turn on the bedside lamps, which was a bit annoying. The pool and backyard are very peaceful, with a wooded area to the rear so very private. The trees shaded the pool somewhat, meaning the water was very cold (we didn’t pay for pool heat), but we could move the sun beds around throughout the day to keep them in the sunshine. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with every pot, plate and utensil you’re likely to need! Similarly, we loved the plentiful pool/bath towels, more than enough for all of us over our two week stay. The house feels a little outdated and tired in places, like most older rental properties we’ve rented - the carpets are a little stained, there are many knocks and marks on the walls, and the property could probably benefit from a deep clean, but overall we felt it was good value for money and would recommend.

Amazing week.

Everything was great except for the wasp that stung one of our children. The house was amazingly well kept and well furnished. It had everything that we needed. It was a great location with plenty of privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to use this service again.

It was fine

Decent location in regards to Disney and stores. The house itself was large and plenty of room for a big family. The house, yard and pool area was very aged and weathered. Most of the lighting didn't work and their is absolutely no pool lighting for night time. The pool water was full of plastic due to an old sun damaged cover. I took at least 2lbs of plastic out of the skimmer filter and spent hours cleaning the pool for my family. I informed the manager and they told me someone would come clean the pool but nobody ever showed. Excessive mold in all the bathroom showers. Dry wasn't vented, I had to reconnect the exhaust tube. Beds were extremely noisy and in need of new mattresses. All and all it wasn't what I was expecting for the cost. The house needs some serious maint. and deep cleaning. It did the job.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again. Just had a few minor details that need attention and this property would be A+++++. Had great communication with the property management and they came and fixed the birdcage screens and sprayed a wasp nest in the front door light. The pool is south facing but may want to heat it anyway. There are a few trees around but they do make the backyard very pretty. The pool light didn't work, but mgmt said they would look into it. The downstairs master has a king Nectar mattress. OMG, loved it! The upstairs master bed isn't as sturdy. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work. All in all though, those are just very minor things and should not deter anyone from staying here. Loved it and hopefully we will return sometime in the future!! Thank you!!

Great home and location

The house is beautiful! It was the perfect home for our getaway. Location us 3 mins down from 192 or you can drive back roads to avoid the traffic. Pool was great and we all enjoyed it. Thanks again for everything!

Overall a great place!

Management did great with communication. They gave us a heads up about a leaky roof before we checked in but being a holiday weekend they couldn't move us. I feel details to cleaning could be better. But overall it was a nice place. One tip is to bring pillows from home if you need neck support. But overall a nice place!

We arrived and it was fine until we walked into the master bedroom! There is mold growing and the wall is severely damaged by water! There are bats living under the roof so family that stayed upstairs heard noises all night long. The pool had change everywhere. Carpet needs replaced severely. We would have asked for another place but knew we were only there to sleep as we had full days at the theme parks. If I owned this house I would be embarrassed!

The house was awesome. The pool was cold so next time I’d order pool heat since we swam at night time most of the time. Clean place, had everything from blenders, any kitchen utensil you could imagine, plenty of beach towels, and the pool table was a lot of fun. I would definitely rent again!

Prefect Disney home away from home for my family of 6

I have 4 kids, youngest is 1, oldest is 7. This house fit our family perfect with room to spare. The location is one of the main reasons we loved this house. Is on a cult de sac, and only one side has a neighboring house. The other side is looking at wooded land and the backyard is all wooded. You wont have anyone watching you on the pool, and the view while swimming is perfect. Brand new mattresses was a huge plus after full park days at Disney, and the heated pool was my kids favorite thing to do on the trip. House had everything you would need. The property manager was super easy to get in contact with and made sure everything was how we expected it to be. The house smelled great and clean. Only issue was we had- a bad rain storm caused a water leak into the downstairs bedroom in the corner (this corner showed serious signs of previous water damage) and water out of a vent. We set out towels and a large pot to catch the water. All an all this was a minor inconvenience to us, but sad to see it damaging the house. The managers know about it and said the home owners would be needing to put on a new roof soon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Room for everyone

We really like having so much room! Everyone in our family of 5 had a space to themselves which is wonderful after a full day at the parks. It was close to Disney 15-20 min drive, longer during the rush hours. 40 min to Universal. Being from Texas this is considered close. Previous review mentioned squeaky beds. They are, but they are also comfortable. Could use some cosmetic touch ups but the house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The management company was helpful and nice to talk to.

Great home!

This home was perfect for our family trip. Its very close to all the Disney World parks. The house was clean and the pool was nice and warm(we paid to heat it, the last night it wasn't working but they refunded that night quickly). There were plenty of towels for the pool and bath. The only complaint I have was the beds were not super comfortable and very squeaky just sitting on them. Even with that we will definitely stay again.
