The Space:

This 2,114 sq. ft. single-story villa offers five comfortable bedrooms, inviting common areas, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.



Bedroom Layout

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King (1) - A private retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, and sliding door providing direct access to the patio and pool area.



Bedroom 2: King (1) - Located near the home's entrance with a closet and convenient access to a shared bathroom just outside the bedroom.



Bedroom 3: Queen (1) - Located near the living room and primary suite, with easy access to a side door leading to the patio and pool area.



Minions Room: Single Beds (2) - A playful Minions-themed room with two Twin beds, perfect for kids traveling together.



Superhero Room: Bunk Bed (1) - A fun superhero-themed room featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, with Avengers-inspired décor.

Solterra Resort charges a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee for guests who’d like to enjoy the community amenities, such as the pool, lazy river, and gym.



$35 for up to 12 guests

$45 for 13 or more guests



The fee is paid by card only at the clubhouse (cash not accepted). Once paid, you’ll receive up to 2 access cards for the pool and a gym entry code.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Solterra Resort in Davenport, this gated resort community offers a relaxing setting close to Central Florida's top attractions.



Enjoy easy access to Disney, Universal, LEGOLAND, shopping, dining, and golf, while returning to a peaceful resort environment at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for the easiest way to explore Davenport and the surrounding Central Florida attractions.



From the resort, guests can conveniently reach:



-Walt Disney World: approximately 20 minutes

-Universal Orlando: approximately 30 minutes

-LEGOLAND Florida: approximately 25 minutes

-Posner Park: approximately 10 minutes



You'll also find grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other everyday conveniences within a short drive.



Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 35 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

A starter supply of household and bath essentials is provided to help you get started. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish items as needed.

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.

Pool heat is optional and not included in the nightly rate. It can be added for an additional daily fee, and we recommend requesting it in advance for the best experience.

When activated, the heater is set to maintain approximately 86°F and typically takes 24–48 hours to reach temperature. Please note that cooler outdoor temperatures (below 52°F) may impact heating performance, and the system will automatically resume once conditions improve.

-Please avoid bringing glass or sharp objects near the pool
