My host Slyvia was AWESOME!! Upon arrival, I wasn't able to access the home. My family sat outside until 1 a.m. the next day.I was able to contact Sylvia who was very understanding and helpful. She made sure that we got into the home and that everything was accessible. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house

Our family (11people) stayed 8 days at this property and we loved it. The kids loved their rooms, Grandma loved her downstairs suite and the other adults had plenty of room. We enjoyed cooking for the family and playing in the heated pool and hot tub. It was so close to stores and the theme parks. We would rent this property again.

Great House for a Disney Visit

With the Disney resorts now more expensive and with three kids over age 15, we were looking for an affordable offsite place to stay. We had stayed in this neighborhood many years ago during a Disney visit that included extended family. This house was great. It was decorated with Disney themes and had plenty of space. It is just a short drive to any of the parks. We were able to easily get there after having cooked breakfast. Each night we returned to relax, have some separate time, and enjoy the pool. It very much matched the write up and we had no issues. It has a great mix of space and privacy. The boys were able to give their breakfast order from the open upstairs hallway! We had a great week long stay.

We stayed here with friends and family for a little vacation getaway there was a little miscommunication at first but everything was worked out with the owners and we had a fabulous time the property is well-maintained clean and the resort management was very helpful along with the owners

Many issues

Floors were not the cleanest, had to sweep and mop first thing, found beef jerky in couch, pool dirty had to go buy pool skimmer, hot tub didn’t work for 3 days, they said someone changed settings, why would we do that. Sliding door lock broke as well as pool pouch and they say we are responsible because we didn’t tell them. Ice maker broke whole time, they brought 3 ice trays for 7 people so we just bought ice the whole time. Beds very uncomfortable. Not very many towels and washcloths for a big crowd. But washer and dryer worked very well.

We enjoyed the property

The property was great. The only problems we had was the dryer know to start it was broken and the sliding doors to the pool were off track. We tried calling the number listed to report it but noone answered and we didn't wanna call after hours because it didn't classify as an emergency. Couldn't leave a message cause the voice-mail was full. Other than that the property was clean and well liked. Thanks and we would rent again.

The home and neighborhood were nice. Despite having confirmation of our reservations the owner had not added my name to the list of guests at the front gate. Once I was able to get in touch with the owner my name was quickly added. Make sure you receive confirmation that you have been added to the guest list at the front gate when you receive your confirmation prior to your arrival.

Spacious and close to everything, kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the spa.

The kids enjoyed each having their own room and loved spending time in the heated pool. Us adults enjoyed the heated spa and the house layout worked great for our family group. I had an issue getting the email with the check in information and the property manager was quick to respond. It was close to everything and had the basics at a reasonable price.

Excellent Home Away From Home

My family of 12 stayed at this villa for a week. We vacation together every year and this was definitely one of the best private rentals we have stayed in. The place was very open and spacious for our large family and we enjoyed the privacy and quietness despite the villas being close together (we are from the country so this was new for us). The home and community was very well kept and in close proximity to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping areas. We would definitely rent this villa again when in the area.
