Amazing villa

If this villa is available, DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK IT! We have stayed in quite a few villas in Orlando but Broadmeadow has been the BEST one by far in terms of its high level of cleanliness, luxurious furnishings, beautiful pool, spa and patio area, excellent location - and the owners have thought of everything that a guest would ever need, including a detained information booklet. Communication with the owners was also outstanding. There is nothing negative to report - everything was as indicated on the website: no out dated photos or nasty surprises - it was just perfect. The villa totally exceeded our expectations and we would thoroughly recommend Broadmeadow Villa.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This home provides everything you need for your stay! The home was very clean, providesaccurate instructions, and is located in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Our family had plenty of space and we made many memories! We loved the pool! We would definitely stay again!

DON'T STAY HERE! HARASSED BY THE HOMEOWERS! FROM THIER RING DOOR BELL!

This started off great but the experience was very unpleasant. Family of 6 booked to stay from 6/28-7/6. Half way through our stay, one of our daughters and her boyfriend (who didn't stay at the house with us) was thier last day and we as a family planned on going shopping before they left back to Chicago. We told them to meet us at the house and they could leave their luggage inside the house due to them renting a tiny sport car, they didn't want to just leave it in the car while we are out shopping. My husband and I left and went down the street to grab some breakfast. upon our arrival back to the house we see our family huddled around the ring door bell. As we get closer my husband and I hear what sounds like a woman yelling at my family/my kids telling them that they are calling the Sheriff and will have us removed and that we are imposters. We didn't know or understand what was going on as my oldest daughter checked in with the property manager Karina. So they know we were here and checked in. But this was not the property manger this was the home owner Glenda. I tried to let her know who I was and let her know it was the family that booked $2000 to stay at her home through Vrbo. She said she didn't care and that we were breaking the rules and had people staying and not setting the alarm on the house. I asked why did they just call me or have Karina contact us for any misunderstanding, Our stay was uncomfortable and felt harassed as she kept saying she's calling the cops

Everything and more

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful home we were blown away by the thoughtfulness that went into every inch of this home. The owners made sure to have anything you could need in their home for use. From the baby high chair and stroller all the way to beach pales and rain ponchos we were left with nothing worry about. We could have just spent the whole vacation in this home looking out from the pool onto the golf course or playing pool and ping pong. Our kids loved their rooms with everything unique to each room. These owners spared no expense and put thought and care into all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you could need and more which allowed for us to eat in most nights. Neil and Glenda were fantastic hosts and were in contact with us long before our trip and afterwards making sure that everything was squared away. This home was spotless and the security system was easy to use and made everyone feel safe and secure. We are already planning our next trip at this home as no other we’ve been to have compared. Don’t miss out on this home. Thanks Neil and Glenda.

Superb Orlando villa

Excellent experience from the initial viewing on VRBO through to a great week spent staying at Broadmeadow. The property is just as good if not better than it appears in the advert. We have been lucky enough to stay in some lovely villas over the years and this is up there with the best. Neil and Glenda seem to have thought of everything when kitting out the house. Apart from stocking the fridge and the larder I don’t think they could have done any more. The furnishings and appliances are all of high quality. If you are considering an Orlando villa don’t look any further you won’t regret it.

Relax in the sun

Well equipped villa with everything you would want to enjoy your holiday. As always the thunderstorms were particularly impressive to watch. Great fun watching the local golfers and how to cheat when your opponent is not looking!!!

Excellent place

This was a beautiful house. The pool and spa were great!. The house was so well equipped for anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and there was an abundance of towels including pool towels. The garage had a pool table and a ping pong table which we used often. They even had a nice stroller and pack-in-plays for use. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our family. Great memories were made.

Spacious, beautiful home!

House was great, very clean and spacious, room for 7 adults to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and more - the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen at a rental! The pool and spa were wonderful with plenty of seating around the pool area, also. Location was great as well, with a Publix conveniently located just outside the neighborhood, and lots of other shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. The owner got back to me quickly answering my questions, and was prompt in fixing a minor issue with the pool! We had a great time and enjoyed staying here, and I would come back again!

Best so far

The property was one of the best ones we've vacationed at so far. The property owners have thought of everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Instructions are available for just about everything and they even labeled the light switches. The drive is a little far from some of the theme parks but I'm sure traffic had a lot to do with that. Overall the house was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family of 5. Thank you.

Annual girls trip

This home was everything and more then what we expected. Extremely clean, spacious, and super quiet neighborhood. Closet to a shopping center which was very handy. Only down fall was that the pool wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. My girls wouldn't swim so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

We have stayed at a lot of rental homes in Florida over the years and this home was our favorite. The home is spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, lots of towels and beach things too. Above all, it was clean and comfortable.

Highlands Reserve

The property is located on the Golf Resort with the ability to use the course if desired. It has several diff amenities for your use as well. The house was large enough for everyone to have the space needed. The pool was a great addition especially after being at the parks all day. Had a few issues with the Ice Maker had to fix the alarm system please pay attention to the information given. I wish there was only 1 remote for the Tv in the main room. I had to wash down the stair railings as there was blood and stickers on the spindles was not happy about that when I was charged extra for coronavirus cleaning. I gues that is not a priority with the cleaning company. I also had to clean the high chair of as it still had food on the seat and the tray was dirty but that was not a big deal. The other issue was the hot water you need to give the water heater time to refill if you do laundry and someone takes a shower after as I got cold water when going to take a shower. It really needs to be a bigger water heater for the usage type. This happened to me twice. The AC could have been situated a little better as sometimes it was hot in the house but you could not turn this up as it is on a control system. Overall it is in a good location for the parks and access to the other amenities in the area. Owner where very helpful with the alarm system issue.

April Break

Our family was able to enjoy a much needed week away in this beautiful home on the golf course. We enjoyed the beautiful warm pool and spa everyday of our week. The home itself offers a large master with huge bed and bathroom, along with 4 other bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. The home was clean with modern appliances and many amenities. The owners are wonderful and responds to questions very quickly! We would love to stay again!

Superb Stay

Having rented several vacation homes before in Florida, we can honestly say this was the BEST! The villa is immaculate and amazing! It is extremely clean, has an excellent, functional floor plan, and is very spacious. Every single room of the home is beautifully furnished, comfortable, well-equipped and offers extra touches to create a luxury stay. The bathrooms and kitchen are totally updated, well stocked and of exceptional quality. We loved the game room area as an added bonus. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view. Neil and Glenda are a delight to work with and have literally thought of everything. They have added so many extra touches and amenities to offer you a superb stay!
