Sounds like you had lots of fun for your one night stay! Yes, as we warned you ahead of time, we had a cold snap of weather for your January stay, so the pool could only heat so high that day, glad the kids didn’t mind! ;)

"Perfect" is the goal! No matter how long we stay, we always wish we could stay longer :) I'm curious about the time you said it took to get to the parks though as we find it's always about 5 minutes for the 2 mile trip around the corner. Looking forward to having you come again :)

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. I agree it’s always hard to be out by 10 am, but that is the standard for all homes at all resorts in the area as we all need 6 hours to have these large homes clean by 4 pm for the next check in :)

Erica and her family were excellent guests. No problems at all and they left the house nice and clean. We welcome them back anytime.

Thank you for noticing our efforts in keeping our homes maintained amd yes we have the best cleaning staff in the area! :)

I know AC is a major necessity and when it was reported after 9 pm, I had our handyman come right out and troubleshoot the most common issues. When it required an HVAC specialist, I offered for you to move just 6 doors down to sleep for the night, but you rejected the offer. We had it fixed the next day while you were at the parks. If the lightbulbs and screen door latch were reported, we would have gladly fixed those. Our staff normally catches those types of things, but occasionally miss minor items on a back to back clean when working hard to get guests in on time or early. A 4 rating normally means there were issues reported that were not resolved and I felt we worked very hard to resolve your issue quickly and offered another viable sleeping option. I'm sorry your stay was not what we hope for our guests, but unpredictable mechanical issues can arise on a home - we do our best to resolve them quickly.

I'm so sorry to read this Emily, I had no idea of your complaints until now and we would have gladly addressed your maintenance concerns immediately during your stay had we known. A running toilet is of great concern as we've had water bills go over $800 when a running toilet was not reported to us for a few weeks. Had we known the grill was an issue, I would have sent a new one for you. Our staff burns off and cleans the grids in between deep cleans and did not report the back burners inoperatable. I wonder if you alerted the welcome center of the reserved seats issue because my experience is that this HOA is extremely strict and would be sure that did not happen. We've used the home/resort during the busiest times (Christmas, 4th of July) and have never had trouble finding a few seats/loungers to keep our things while we swim and use the resort. I agree, it can take 30-45 minutes to check in on a Saturday afternoon like you did during Spring Break - that is a busy time and our security has a reputation for being the best around, which we are thankful for. There have been major party and crime issues at other resorts. We have all 5 star reviews on this home until now and I wish you had alerted me to your concerns so we could show you our excellent customer service and hopefully help you to have the 5 star stay we promote. It's extremely rare for us to have an unhappy guest, but when I'm not aware until the review, it's hard for me to fix anything at that point.
